Please bring them with you to your first appointment for our front desk team; if you’re unable to print them properly for whatever reason, please contact our practice and we’ll gladly mail or fax them to you.

Our team values your hard-earned free time, your reasonable budget, and the health of you and your loved ones. That’s why we’re happy to offer several payment options that are flexible and easy to understand. Our practice is in network with Cigna, Delta Dental and SunLife, and we’ll file the paperwork for any other plan on your behalf so that you’re able to receive the maximum amount of benefits available.
No insurance? Low and no-interesting financing is also available through CareCredit, simplifying needed dental care into manageable monthly payments instead of a burden.
